How to Make the Perfect Banana Bread

If you want to bake the perfect banana bread, follow these simple steps:

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 ripe bananas

  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)

  • 3/4 cup sugar (adjust based on preference)

  • 1 egg (beaten)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl. Add melted butter and stir.

  3. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  4. Add the dry ingredients: Sprinkle in baking soda and salt, then gradually fold in the flour until no lumps remain.
